Time seems to be slowing down and my nephew is writing a book

As I spend more time focused on the moments and less on the future time seems to be moving more slowly. I feel like I am more aware of what I am doing and what I should be doing. My youngest nephew Ben is writing a book and it is actually pretty good. More to come on that once I learn more about it.
